NEW DELHI: The registration for the subsequent phase of the Covid-19 vaccination power for citizens above 18 years of age will start today on the Umang app and the Arogya Setu app at four pm. you could also register through the Cowin platform.
Eligible residents will be capable of e-book their slots online via authorities’ Co-WIN portal or the Aarogya Setu app, which was released last year.
Until now, only people above 45 years of age, healthcare, and frontline workers were allowed to take the vaccine.

Over 1 crore vaccine doses available with states/UTs: Centre
More than one crore doses are currently available with the states and UTs, whereas over 80 lakh additional doses will be received by them in the next three days, the Centre said.
States like UP, Maharashtra, Bihar, Gujarat and Jharkhand have the largest balance availability of doses at present.
Recent reports quoting some government officials from Maharashtra have pointed out that the state has exhausted vaccine doses, thereby adversely impacting the vaccination drive.
Covid-19: States unsure of vaccination Phase 3
Two days ahead of the third phase of the vaccination drive states are burdened by logistics and confusion over vaccine procurement have put a cloud over the inoculation drive.
It was only on Tuesday that the Maharashtra government requisitioned 12 crore vaccine doses from Serum Institute of India (SII) and Bharat Biotech for the next six months and sought information about a monthly supply from both companies.
Goa government may not be able to start vaccinating people in the age bracket of 18-45 years from May 1 as it is yet to get vaccine stock. The directorate of health services has placed orders with SII, but they have not got a commitment for the supply yet.
In Karnataka, private hospitals, which were receiving their quota of Covid vaccine from the Centre until now, may have to buy it directly from manufacturers from May 1. The government is yet to issue an order to this effect.
